Looking to build advanced fundamentals, teamwork, and athletic character through guaranteed multi-game play, we host traditional gameplay designed to empower and elevate young male athletes in a safe, structured, and highly competitive environment.

20 Minutes Per Player: Each player receives 20 minutes for the game with a 5-second delay per move.
Swiss Play: Non-elimination format that allows participants to compete through multiple rounds.
Pairings & Standings: Players are paired according to tournament results, with final standings determined after the scheduled rounds.
Basketball Overview
Game Time: Games consist of two 12-minute halves with a 3-minute halftime.
Running Clock: Games operate primarily on a running clock, with designated clock-stoppage rules near the end of the game.
3-Game Minimum: Every registered team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.
Pool Play: Initial rounds determine seeding for the championship bracket.
Team Pinnies: Mesh scrimmage vests are provided when needed for clear team separation.
Game Balls: Designated basketballs matching the appropriate youth age-group specifications are provided.
Flag Football Overview
Game Time: Games consist of two 12-minute halves with a 3-minute halftime.
Running Clock: Games operate using a running clock.
3-Game Minimum: Every registered team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.
Pool Play: Initial rounds determine seeding for the championship bracket.
Team Pinnies: Mesh scrimmage vests are provided for clear team separation when needed.
Flag Belts: Color-coded flag systems are assigned to each team before kickoff.
Game Balls: Designated footballs matching youth age-group specifications are provided for each field.
Volleyball Overview
Match Format: Matches are played best 2 out of 3 sets.
Scoring: The first two sets are played to 21 points, win by 2. If a third set is necessary, it is played to 15 points, win by 2.
3-Match Minimum: Every registered team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 matches.
Pool Play: Initial matches determine seeding for the championship bracket.
Team Pinnies: Mesh scrimmage vests are available when needed for clear team separation.
Game Balls: Designated volleyballs matching the appropriate youth division specifications are provided.
Pickleball Overview
3-Game Minimum: Every registered team/player is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.
Round Robin: For smaller brackets, teams/players compete in games to 15 points, win by 2, against opponents within their group to determine playoff seeding.
Bracket Play: Tournament bracket structure may vary based on the number of registered participants.
Double Elimination: When used, the main bracket is played best 2-out-of-3 games to 11, win by 2. The consolation bracket is played as a single game to 15, win by 2.
Equipment: Game balls, nets, and paddles are provided.
Soccer Overview
Game Time: Matches consist of two 20-minute halves with a 5-minute halftime.
Running Clock: Matches operate using a running clock.
3-Game Minimum: Every registered team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games through pool play.
Pool Play: Initial results determine seeding and placement in the championship bracket.
Ties: Ties are permitted during pool play. Championship/bracket games use the designated E&E Athletics tiebreak procedure.
Team Pinnies: High-visibility mesh scrimmage vests are provided when jersey colors conflict.
Game Balls: Designated soccer balls matching the appropriate youth division are provided for each field.
Swimming Overview
Meet Structure: Meets operate within a planned maximum 4-hour session window.
Continuous Heats: Events are scheduled to maintain an efficient flow between heats.
Event Entry Limits: Individual athletes may compete in a maximum of 4 events per meet—up to 3 individual events and 1 relay.
Timed Finals: Weekend multi-team meets may use a timed-finals format, with overall times determining placement.
Championship Format: Championship events may feature preliminary heats followed by Consolation “B” and Championship “A” Finals.
Warm-Up: Teams receive a 45-minute general warm-up period, with the final 15 minutes designated for sprint/racing-start and pace lanes.
Official Equipment: Competition times may be tracked electronically in a 25-yard or 25-meter pool, depending on the facility.
