We organize 1-, 2-, and 3-day weekend tournaments designed to deliver competitive, high-quality sports experiences while respecting the schedules and budgets of athletes, families, and working adults.
Our events serve Youth (10-14), high school (14-18), and Adult Divisions (18+), creating opportunities for athletes to compete in professionally organized environments close to their communities.

To ensure every athlete competes at the right level, we offer three distinct pipelines:
Youth Division (Ages 10-14): Focusing on fundamental skill development, physical literacy, and building character through positive team dynamics across our dedicated Girls', Boys', and Coed competitions.
High School Division:(Ages 14-18)Providing an elite, highly structured platform for advanced competition, athletic exposure, and leadership development in specialized Girls', Boys', and Coed competitions .
Adult Division: (Ages 18+)Fostering lifelong fitness, intense competitive drive, and strong community networking through co/ed male and female competitions.

Anthony Easterling
Founder & CEO, E&E Athletics, LLC
Anthony Easterling brings a decade of educational leadership and more than eight years of coaching experience to E&E Athletics. Based on Chicago’s South Side, his work has focused on mentoring young people and creating opportunities through sports.
His coaching experience spans basketball, volleyball, flag football, chess, and soccer, with an emphasis on player development, discipline, teamwork, and character.
Anthony founded E&E Athletics to provide professional, well-organized tournament experiences where athletes can compete, grow, and build community.
