STEP 1 — REGISTRATION
Complete team registration, player waivers, payment, and player registration through the E&E Athletics Registration Portal and Tournify.

STEP 2 — ROSTER LOCK
7 Days Before Event • 11:59 PM
Final rosters and required waivers must be completed. No event-day walk-ups.

STEP 3 — SCHEDULE RELEASE
5 Days Before Event
Official tournament schedules and matchups are released on tournify app.

STEP 4 — GAME DAY
Arrive 45 Minutes Early
Teams must report and be ready before their first scheduled game.
