Looking to build fundamentals, teamwork, and athletic character through guaranteed multi-game play, we host traditional gameplay designed to empower and elevate young female athletes in a safe, structured, and highly competitive environment.
Soccer Overview
Pitch Alignment: Matches follow traditional youth soccer rules with 11 active players on the field.
Pool Play Format: Matches consist of two 20-minute running-clock halves with a 5-minute halftime to accommodate multi-team tournament scheduling.
Game Guarantee: Every registered team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.
Playoff Bracket Formatting: Initial pool-play results determine seeding for the championship bracket. Playoff matches follow the designated E&E Athletics youth tournament format.
Team Separation: Mesh scrimmage vests (pinnies) are provided when needed for clear team separation during jersey-color conflicts.
Equipment: Designated soccer balls matching the appropriate youth age-group specifications are provided for each game.
Flag Football Overview
Field Formats: Brackets are organized in 5v5 or 7v7 youth flag football formats.
Pool Play Format: Games consist of two 12-minute running-clock halves with a 3-minute halftime.
Game Guarantee: Every registered team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.
Playoff Bracket Formatting: Initial pool-play results determine seeding for the championship bracket. Playoff games follow the designated E&E Athletics youth tournament clock and bracket rules.
Team Separation: Mesh scrimmage vests (pinnies) are provided when needed for clear team separation.
Equipment: Color-coded flag belts and designated footballs matching the appropriate youth age-group specifications are provided.
Basketball Overview
Court Alignment: Teams compete 5v5 in an organized tournament environment with designated game officials.
Pool Play Format: Preliminary games consist of two 12-minute running-clock halves with a 3-minute halftime.
Game Guarantee: Every registered team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.
Playoff Bracket Formatting: Pool-play results determine seeding for the championship bracket. Playoff games follow the designated E&E Athletics youth tournament clock rules.

Pickleball Overview
Game Guarantee: Every registered team/player is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games.
Pool Play Format: Preliminary matches use a round-robin format with games played to 15 points, win by 2.
Playoff Bracket Formatting: Bracket structure is determined by division size. When a double-elimination format is used, main-bracket matches are best 2-out-of-3 games to 11, win by 2, while consolation-bracket matches are one game to 15, win by 2.
Equipment: Tournament game balls, nets, and paddles are provided on-site.
Volleyball Overview
Court Alignment: Teams compete 6v6, with net heights established according to the applicable youth age division.
Match Format: Matches are played best 2-out-of-3 sets using rally scoring.
Scoring: Sets 1 and 2 are played to 21 points, win by 2. A deciding third set is played to 15 points, win by 2.
Game Guarantee: Every registered team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 matches.
Pool Play & Bracket Formatting: Initial matches determine seeding for the championship bracket.
Team Separation: Mesh scrimmage vests (pinnies) are available when needed for clear team separation.
Equipment: Designated volleyballs appropriate for the youth division are provided on-site.
Cheer Overview
Performance Area: Routines take place on an approved competition surface appropriate for the youth division and event facility.
Performance Format: Teams receive a maximum 2-minute, 30-second performance window, including up to 1 minute, 45 seconds of music and designated cheer elements when applicable.
Performance Guarantee: Every registered team receives a minimum of 3 performance evaluations/showcases when the event format supports multiple rounds.
Championship Formatting: Preliminary performances determine rankings and advancement. Qualifying teams advance to championship rounds evaluated by designated execution and safety judges.
Warm-Up: Teams receive scheduled warm-up rotations before their performances.
Equipment: Approved competition and safety equipment is provided or designated according to the requirements of each specific event.
