TOURNAMENT AGREEMENT & CONDUCT POLICY

 Zero-Tolerance Conduct Code

To ensure a safe, competitive, and family-friendly environment, this tournament enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for poor behavior. 

  • Zero Tolerance: No negative behavior, physical or verbal aggression, or toxic attitudes will be tolerated.

  • Respect the Officials: Disrespectful language, shouting, or insubordination toward referees, umpires, or tournament staff will result in immediate ejection. 

  • Emotional Control: Players, coaches, and spectators must maintain control. Emotional outbursts disrupt the schedule and ruin the event for others.

Core Expectations

  • Positive Cheers Only: Encourage your child and their teammates with positive words.

  • No Sideline Coaching: Let the coaches coach; conflicting instructions confuse the children.

  • Respect the Officials: Accept all referee decisions without arguing or shouting.

  • The 24-Hour Rule: Wait 24 hours after a game before contacting a coach about playing time.

  • Model Sportsmanship: Treat opposing players, coaches, and fans with absolute respect.

3: Player Participant Code of Conduct

  • Play Fair: Follow the rules of the game and never try to cheat.

  • Respect Everyone: Treat teammates, opponents, coaches, and officials with kindness.

  • Control Your Temper: No swearing, fighting, or throwing equipment when frustrated.

  • Be a Teammate: Support your team by showing up to practices on time.

  • Win and Lose with Class: Shake hands with the opposing team after every single game. 

 4: Punctuality & Match Scheduling

Weekend tournaments run on tight, consecutive time slots. Delays impact every participant at the venue.

  • Strict Start Times: Participants must be checked in and ready to play at their scheduled time.

  • Time Limits: Due to the compressed weekend format, matches are strictly time-limited to [Insert Minutes, e.g., 40 minutes] to keep the entire event schedule on track.

  • Forfeits: Any player or team late by more than [Insert Minutes, e.g., 10 minutes] will automatically forfeit the match.

  • No Reschedules: Games cannot be delayed or rescheduled for late arrivals under any circumstances.

5. Dress Code & Uniforms

Because this is a rapid weekend tournament, formal, matching custom jerseys are not required.

  • Color Coding: Individual players and teams must wear the specific assigned colors determined during registration to differentiate opponents.

  • Alternate Gear: It is recommended to bring an alternate light or dark shirt to avoid any on-field color clashes.

6. Immediate Ejection & Disciplinary Action

Because this is a short-duration event, traditional multi-step warning systems do not apply. Violations will be handled immediately:

  1. Minor Infraction: Official warning to the individual.

  2. Major Infraction / Second Warning: Immediate ejection from the current game and removal from the venue premises.

  3. Severe Behavior: Immediate tournament disqualification for the individual (or their entire team), forfeiture of all remaining games, and a ban from future events. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
