Our Women's Competitions provide a structured, competitive, and supportive environment for female athletes. Below are the sport overviews followed by the division integrity rules.
Pickleball Overview
Pool Play Format — Matches follow a Single Game to 11 points format. Teams must win by 2 points. Strict scoring cap at 15 points to maintain court schedules.
3-Game Minimum — Every registered team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games during pool play.
Playoff Bracket — The top two advancing teams from each pool enter a Single-Elimination playoff bracket. Playoff matches follow a Best 2-out-of-3 sets format. Sets are played to 11 points (win by 2, no point cap).
Game Balls — Designated pickleballs are provided matching age-group specifications.
Basketball Overview
Pool Play Format — Preliminary pool play matches follow a single 20-minute running-clock halves format.
3-Game Minimum — Every registered team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games during pool play.
Playoff Bracket — The top two advancing teams from each pool enter a Single-Elimination playoff bracket. Playoff matches follow a standard two 15-minute halves format.
Team Pinnies — Mesh scrimmage vests are provided for clear team separation.
Game Balls — Designated basketballs are provided matching age-group specifications
Flag Football Overview

Volleyball Overview
Pool Play Format — Preliminary pool play matches follow a 2-set format played to 21 or 25 points (cap at 27).

Playoff Bracket — The top two advancing teams from each pool enter a Single-Elimination playoff bracket. Playoff matches follow a Best 2-out-of-3 sets format.

Soccer Overview
Pool Play Format — Preliminary group play matches follow a modified format of two 20-minute running-clock halves.
3-Game Minimum — Every registered team is guaranteed a minimum of 3 games during pool play.
Playoff Bracket — The top two advancing teams from each group enter a Single-Elimination playoff bracket. Playoff matches follow a standard two 30-minute halves format.
Team Pinnies — Mesh scrimmage vests are provided for clear team separation.
Game Balls — Designated soccer balls are provided matching age-group specifications.
